1. Go over to the sequence tab then sequence settings
2. Make sure your frame size says 3840 X 2160 and click OK
3. Click on EXPORT at the top of the screen or hold control and push M to bring up the export menu
4. On this screen you can rename your file to whatever you choose and if you click the blue file link you can also choose where to save it on your computer
5. Expand format and select H.264 from the menu
6. Click the preset dropdown and select match source adaptive high bitrate and click on it
7. Click the preset dropdown and select match source adaptive high bitrate and click on it
8. Under basic video settings - Click on MORE then check off the render at maximum depth AND the use maximum render quality options
9. If you scroll down further - ensure VBR 1 Pass is selected - then modify the target bitrate to 68 and click export!
