How To Add ZOOM BLUR TRANSITIONS In Premiere Pro

1. Go over to your project panel and create an adjustment layer and drag it above your clips on the timeline

3. Move your timeline slider to the center of the two clips - then go to effect controls and click the stopwatch icon next to scale under transform

2. Under effects - search for transform and add it to the adjustment layer

4. Modify the scale to 300 then back 5 frames and reset they keyframe - then move ahead 10 frames and reset it again

5. Right click the left keyframe and select ease out - then right click the right keyframe and select ease in

6. Expand scale and click and drag the right blue dot to the left - then highlight the left dot and drag it to the right

7. Scroll down and uncheck the use compositions shutter angle and modify the angle to 360!
